Got NOD32 AV \ SmartSecurity and no internet conection...
NOD32 v3.0 Offline Update 3732 (20090102) will find your %SystemDrive% and download the latest virus def's to it (clean old Def's if required) then change the update server to the correct dir; (no more manually setting up server) so all you have to do is click "update".
